The Labyrinth

As The World Falls Down takes place in Sarah’s fantasy.  Although it is Sarah who is dreaming it, it is Jareth who plants the dream in the peach.  However, Jareth is also a figment of Sarah’s imagination so she is only dreaming what she wants to dream. At this point in the movie it is very clear that Sarah wants to be loved by Jareth, but is also frustrated by the power that he seems to have over her.  ’Nuff said.  I love this song (and the DRESS!).
