That is soooo freakin’ cool that you are on here. So exactly how was it misspelled and what is the correction? any awesome stories about the filming? anything on Jen Conelly or Bowie? my mom and I were both xompletely and utterly head over heals for that beautiful man. Especially when he’s wearing that white leather concoction at the end. Any stories or pictures if you have any…. would be To Die For!!!

I’ve always thought that Sir Didymus’s oath may have been sworn to Jareth. Didymus claims his oath says that “none shall pass this way without *my* permission!” which may have been what Jareth originally said to him meaning none may pass without Jareth’s permission, but Didymus being the over energetic person he is misinterpreted it.

This is further supported when the guard rushes in to Jareth’s throne room to tell him Sarah has reached the Goblin city as Sir Didymus is the only one he knows by name.

I love your site, it’s nice to look back at memories. It has been a long time since I saw the film, but I still remember filming it. I was the fairy that was gassed down by Hoggle. Although they did spell my name wrong on the credits.

i love this film my ex bf showed me it now i cant get it out my head david bowie is sooooo cute in the film no one would have don better :p lol
the film is soo amazin with al these layes its a hole story with clues and puzzles for you to work out and find
im only 16 yrs old and cants stop watching it XD

whats strange is that Sarah doesnt notice that all her toys in her room looks like everyone she has seen in the Labyrinth and the room with all the stairs if you look beside her bed she has a picture of that

Omg, how I so loved , and enjoy( past & present) x 100 lol this movie! All the characters are amazing. Thank goodness for the movie, The Runaways, with Cherie Curry’s character played by Dakota Fanning singing his hypnotic, haunting, soothing, exotic song, ‘Lady Grinning Soul.’( plz listen if you haven’t). I just discovered Ziggy a few months ago by of course the runaways, and since then; i have been hooked. I’m 21yrs old( ppl say I look 13), and I grew up on movies such as The Never ending Story, so to see this movie is a long awaited refresher.( better than tangled in my opinion lol). To be frank, I think Sarah is dumb for what she did, but I think we all would have done what she did. I mean we all want Lancelot to comfort us, but we do at some point or another pass it on to our own Toby’s. I do feel sorry sometimes for Jareth. He seemed hurt, he wanted love.He couldn’t love the goblins, he loved(it seemed) Sarah and Toby.( in his own twisted way) Overall, he was neutral. He just didn’t say, i’m taking you to my castle end of story. no. He gave her 13 hours. He needed her to keep him alive, he needed to live within her, but he can’t love without her heartbeat. I agree with Molly…who did Jareth take the place of, and was Toby going to be the new Heir? It sure wasn’t Hoggle or the goblins. Did Jareth come as a Toby himself, and did he really want to be the Goblin King?…also, whats the signification of the enubla( the place where you put ppl to forget about them)?….Anyway, great movie, great cast! I listen to the soundtrack all day! Bowie is the creme de la creme of a perfect musician/ Actor! Bowie is the man. If a guy said to me looking like Jareth, “Fear me, love me, do as I say, and I will be your slave.” I would be his Goblin Queen in a minute, but that can’t happen….only in my dreams!!

I love this movie, David Bowie is extremely sexy as Jareth and Sarah’s dress is amazing. In my dreams I still dance like her with Jareth.

Though the songtekst is not totally correct. It’s not: Every thrill is gone, but it’s: Every thrill he’s caused.
